Windows Programs Not Opening

Hi all, thanks a lot in advance for reading through. I'm getting (yet another) problem with my PC and Windows 8.1.I improved a couple of weeks ago from Windows 8 to 8.1 and it provides been running fine with no problems. Last night I was functioning on it until past due in the evening making use of all of my normal programs with no difficulty. I shut down as normal.This morning I booted up to continue function and, all of a unexpected, some programs received't fill - programs which were working great last night. It't very odd as some will start good, but others will possibly instantly accident or just weight in their indigenous 'safe modes'.Right here's a list of ones that are usually misbehaving:1) Outlook and all Master of science Office apps - View will just load in 'safe mode', any others earned't even fill2) Firefox - crashes immediately upon release, with a accident error statement. Will only launch in its own safe mode3) Spotify - flashes the dash loading screen then fails to launch, and quits itself4) Tweetdeck - fails to download and shuts itselfThe following apps WILL weight fine:1) All Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator étc)2) iTunes3) CC Cleanser4) CrashplanThis is usually very outrageous and irritating as l'm sure yóu can know, as it'h not Iike ALL óf my programs won't fill. I've attempted re-installing the types that are usually screwed and it makes no distinction, virus scan is clear, and I rán SFC/ SCANN0W with no issues.
